“Supplements are for others” had always been my personal mantra. However, it would seem that this perspective was flawed and as I’ve let go of that view and started experimenting with some supplements it would appear that I was wrong and that there are advantages and life gains to be had by taking some supplements.
All of the following is purely subjective and your personal circumstances need to be taken into account and please seek medical/professional advice before changing diets, taking supplements and starting any exercise regimes.
